This position is responsible for facilitating the retrieval of charts by working with third party Health Information Handling (HIH) Vendors. The Vendor Relationship Representative will provide the highest quality customer service to CIOX Health internal and external customers. The Vendor Relationship Representative works directly with existing vendors and ensure all responses follow approved company and HIPAA guidelines.

• Maintain working knowledge of Company software
• Manage inbound/outbound calls in a timely manner
• Adhere to the Company's Code of Conduct and policies and maintain HIPAA compliance
• Assist with additional work duties or responsibilities as evident or required
• Runs reports and prioritize the work on daily basis
• Work side by side with the finance department to ensure vendors are paid in a timely manner
• Communicate internal goals with their vendor(s)
• Communicate any vendor issues and challenges with Management team
• Maintain emails and correspondence within a timely manner
• Responsible to meet company set performance goals
• Must be a team player and willing to adapt to change

• High school diploma or GED is required
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in the English language
• Telephone skills including the ability to speak clearly with a pleasant and professional tone.
• Intermediate computer skills including Windows-based applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook) and the ability to perform other basic computer functions
• Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks
